Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via our courier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping price. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow a few additional business days before contacting us, as delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier disruptions. If your order appears to be lost, please get in touch with us at TrendVaultOnline@outlook.com and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to take responsibility for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address being provided. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at TrendVaultOnline@outlook.com  and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at TrendVaultOnline@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
